因為這篇論文實在太過學術，加上審查的原因有些話我沒有明說，從黑子的留言也看得出來他們根本不知道怎麼反駁因為看不懂😂

在解釋之前我先一句話總結：那些公司給我們的數據不是假的，但是是扭曲過的，有點騙人的意思，通過給公眾看一些只有內行人才懂的數據讓他們以為某些東西很有效果。
這就好比我說我有有車有房，但其實我有的是自行車和乳房，法律上來講我沒有騙你，但是你卻被騙了。

RRR是個相對百分比不是絕對的數字，他說用解藥比不用解藥感染風險少95%，但這是只算了很特定的人群，並沒有算ARR，醫藥醫生都是算ARR的因為都知道RRR是騙人的。

為什麼呢？

如圖所示，真解藥有18198個人注射，8個人感染，感染機率是0.04%
假解藥有18325人注射，162人感染，感染機率是0.89%

藥廠做 的事情就是，0.04%比0.89%少了95%，所以解藥有效性是95%。但是他不會告訴你你就算不用解藥感染率也只有0.89%。感染過後也有99.9998%的概率活下來，而且99%是輕症而且無症狀。
更操蛋的地方在哪裡呢，是nnv這個數據，也就是要讓多少人服用解藥才可以阻止一起新的病例。

nnv就是1/ARR，1/0.89%，也就是1/0.0088，也就是113個人用解藥，才可以阻止潛在的一個新病例。比如台灣一天增加了333個病例，如果要阻止這麼多病例發生，就需要給333×133=37841個人用解藥，而解藥本身的副作用，包括死亡，會在這些37841個人中顯現出來， 心肌梗沒死的話也算作死亡哦。但是心肌梗會需要送急救，感染的話不需要。
因為這是輝瑞自己的數據所以隨便轉發不怕被判刑。
為什麼醫生不站出來說這個是醫生就知道的事情呢？反對我的人也有很多自稱學醫的，出來反駁一下啊。
