合同成立的8个要素
1. 当事人必须是在清醒的自主意识, 正常的智力状态
2. 当事人是完全自愿的状态
3. 信息完全公开(没有隐藏信息)
4. 双方利益是等价交换
5. 定义是公开,清晰 - 词的定义是符合双方认知的
6. Meeting of the minds - 活人只可以和活人签合同，死人只可以和死人签合同
7. Signature vs. autograph - 死人合同与活人合同个别特定签名/盖章条件
8. Privity of 合同 - 合同的纠纷不能由第三方介入处理，除非符合特定的同意条件

这个跟意识上的能量交易契约也是一样的
